Hereby I am excited to submit this letter and the attached CV as my interest for the position of Office Administrator in your company.

 

With 5 years of experience in office administration, I believe my skills and qualifications would be a perfect fit for this position. In my previous roles I have been responsible for correspondence with business partners by phone, email and in person, production of various tables and reports in Excel and Word, data entry, database management, placing purchasing orders, processing of incoming invoices and working with large amounts of paperwork and data. My experience has given me the opportunity to work with a variety of people in different industries, which has helped me develop my interpersonal skills and learn how to manage a wide range of personalities. 

 

I consider myself to be an excellent communicator, highly organised and detail oriented person, a team player with strong written skills being able to fit into the work environment quickly. 

 

Hopefully, the CV attached will be able to give you an insight of up until now obtained experience and I’m looking forward to the opportunity of introducing myself personally.
